Due to expected congestion during the event, an advance lottery will be held for entering the store. You will not be able to enter the Pokémon Center Worlds Store, or the North Hall, without a reservation. Please ensure that you have your pass ready. To sign up for the lottery, and for more information, please visit the reservation lottery system website.

Applications for the reservation lottery system will close on on July 2, 2023, at 9:59 p.m. PDT / July 3, 2023, at 5:59 a.m. BST / July 3, 2023, at 1:59 p.m. JST..

There is accessible access to the venue via an elevator from the upper level. Please ask staff on the day of the event for guidance, and we will be happy to assist you.

The lottery system for the Pokémon Center Worlds Store at the 2023 World Championships is now closed.

Each QR code grants access for up to four people (including the person registered). Please make sure to arrive as a group and present your QR code to staff at the entry for access into the Pokémon Center Worlds Store.

Email will be used to notify all entrants on if they were successful or unsuccessful in their application. Please make sure to set up your email account to accept emails from the following domain name: @worlds-reservation.pokemon.co.jp

Your ticket will be a QR code that will be available on the reservation lottery system website in your “My Page.” You will need to use this QR code to check in to your shopping slot on the day of entry. Please arrive at your designated time and present the QR code to a staff member for access into the Pokémon Center Worlds Store.

If you are a paid spectator, there will be specific store entry time slots from which you can choose. These are as follows:

• ③ Sat, Aug 12, 12:00 p.m. –~4:00 p.m.

Please note:

• When you pick up your badge, you will be able to choose one time slot on a first come, first served basis.
• Certain time slots may no longer be available when you pick up your badge due to capacity.
• Certain items may be out of stock when you enter the store.
• The spectator badge purchaser and up to three guests will be able to enter together. Children under 5 years of age are exempt from the count.
• If you prefer to reserve a specific time to shop other than the time slots presented above, please enter the separate Pokémon Center Worlds Store lottery reservation system, below. (Please be aware that entering the lottery reservation system does not guarantee you a desired time slot.)

Unfortunately, we are only able to accept returns, refunds, and exchanges for defective products. Exchanges are only available at the venue, while the store is open, and we are unable to send products for exchange or accept any exchanges post-event. Additionally, once the store closes permanently, we are only able to issue refunds, and only for defective product. Please contact us through the enquiry form on your receipt within 14 days of your purchase.

Yes, there will be purchase limits in place on certain products, and we will have a restock of these items each day. Please be aware that as stock is limited, some items may not be available all day.

Tax-free shopping will not be available at the Pokémon Center Worlds Store 2023.

Due to safety restrictions, children under the age of thirteen (on the day of entry) cannot enter the Pokémon Center Worlds Store 2023 on their own. Please enter the store with a person over thirteen, such as a parent or guardian.

Unfortunately, luggage storage is unavailable at the venue, and due to restrictions, you will not be able to bring large luggage inside the store.

Due to expected congestion for each day, we will be only accepting customers with reserved time slots earned through the lottery system.
